There’s something magical about holiday baking. The warm kitchen, the smell of vanilla and sugar, and the promise of a fresh plate of cookies cooling on the counter—it’s a comfort that never gets old. This year, we wanted a cookie that still feels nostalgic and festive but brings a little something extra to the table. And that’s exactly what these Butter Olive Oil Sugar Cookies deliver.

Using AOOC Butter Olive Oil transforms a classic cookie into something incredibly soft and flavorful. The naturally rich, buttery flavor of our infused olive oil gives these cookies that traditional taste you love—without relying on actual butter. Paired with applesauce for extra moisture, the result is a cookie that stays tender long after it cools. It’s a win for your holiday cookie trays and your heart health.
These bake up beautifully whether you’re gifting them, boxing them up for a party, making them with kids, or adding them to your Christmas Eve dessert table. They hold their shape, sparkle with a little coarse sugar, and have that soft, pillowy bite that makes “just one more” almost impossible.
Holiday baking should feel simple, joyful, and delicious—and these cookies check every box. Made with AOOC Ultra Premium Olive Oil, they’re proof that small swaps can make your favorite recipes even better.
So pour a mug of something warm, turn on the Christmas lights, and enjoy baking a batch of these soft, dreamy cookies. They might just become your new seasonal staple.
