Dill Pickle Martini
A tangy, briny twist on the classic martini! This Dill Pickle Martini is smooth, savory, and elevated with a drizzle of AOOC Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil for a luxurious finish.
Ingredients
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz dill pickle juice
- 1 dill pickle
- drizzle AOOC Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil
- ice
- Optional: Pickle salt or kosher salt for rimming the glass
Instructions
- If desired, rim your martini glass with pickle salt or kosher salt by running a pickle slice around the edge and dipping it into salt.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add vodka, dill pickle juice, and dry vermouth (if using).
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
