Ingredients
- 6-8 fresh peaches (about 1 1/2-2 pounds), peeled, cored & sliced
- 2 Tbsp AOOC Orange Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp AOOC Peach Balsamic
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F. Drizzle a baking dish with Sweet Valencia Orange Olive Oil.
- Arrange peach slices on the bottom of the dish then drizzle with Peach Balsamic and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. (*Tip: If the peaches are very soft and juicy, toss them with a tablespoon of cornstarch to help thicken the filling.)
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
