Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp Basik’s Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 2 Tbsp AOOC Tuscan Herb Olive Oil (or substitute with Thyme Olive Oil, Rosemary Olive Oil, or EVOO)

For the Potatoes:

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp AOOC Sicilian Lemon Balsamic (or fresh lemon juice)
  • 1/4 cup AOOC Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Basik’s Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 2 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

    1. Marinate the Chicken
