Ingredients

  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • ½ small white onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3-4 tbsp AOOC Key Lime Balsamic
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 Tbsp AOOC Cilantro & Onion Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients – Dice the Roma tomatoes, finely chop the white onion and jalapeño (removing the seeds for less heat), and chop the fresh cilantro.
  2. Mix – In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
